Full-time, remote job.

English-speaking team.
Time zone: CET (Europe) +-2 hours.
Products are funny and entertaining - an excellent basis for many creative ideas.
Proactive and experienced team, professional management.

โœ… You will be responsible for:
Marketing creatives production.

It was a pleasure attending this year for the third time.
The gaming conference once again brought its unique, open-minded vibe, connecting gaming professionals from all levels - from students to executives.

We had valuable discussions about new game releases, upcoming launches, the realities of the labor market, AI implementation, the high competition in mobile gaming, and the various challenges the gaming industry is currently facing.

โญ Case study: filling the Senior FrontEnd vacancy with 1 candidate in the pipeline. Miracle? It would have been, but in fact, it was just the tip of the iceberg.

โœ… Details:
Vacancy: Senior FrontEnd Developer, remote.
Company: our client, a mobile gaming studio + Web3 platform.
Challenges: finding a highly-skilled professional who is autonomous in their work and product-oriented.

โœ… Time-to-fill: processing one right, interested candidate took us 10 days.
But the actual time-to-fill was much longer.
Half a year before that fast hiring, we had already spent 2 months with 190 candidates in the pipeline.

At that point, the company faced a mismatch between its original expectations and the market reality.
Additionally, the hiring wasnโ€™t urgent.
โณ The decision was made to put the hiring on hold while the company clarified its priorities and expectations.

โ“ Have you experienced similar cases?
To us, if itโ€™s not something a company typically does, thatโ€™s okay.
It shows the companyโ€™s ability to adapt to the market and recruitment insights, rather than a mistake.

โœ… Recently, the vacancy was reopened.
First, we came back to the finalist from before.
The candidate was still interested and accepted the offer!

So the funnel this time was:
1 candidate in the process - 1 offer made - 1 offer accepted.

โœ… What is the case about?

1. Sometimes, when a company adjusts its priorities or requirements slightly, itโ€™s possible to find a win-win compromise and hire more quickly.

2. You donโ€™t have to hire a candidate if youโ€™re not sure.
The reason may be on the candidate's side or related to internal processes or team dynamics.
Clarify your hiring expectations and proceed โ€” that will lead to long-term, confident hiring.

โœ… What helped us as recruiters to succeed?
1. Mindful negotiations at the beginning, creating a loyal relationship with candidates.

2. A proper company presentation, after explaining the reasons for putting the vacancy on hold.

3. Keeping the networking with candidates warm, despite the vacancy being on hold.
