Enjoying this seasonal fabric choice 😊🧡😊

Ive had quite a lot of orange on the table the last few months… i feel like i should track it…. see if theres a pattern, I love a bright joyful colour so it suits me!

This is Mainline flax and is an amazing affordable natural fabric thats naturally flame retardant, comes in a yummy array of colours and its really hardwearing.

✨This was a really special chair to work on, the client was so lovely… and it really ment alot to me the way she spoke about it.

✨It was her mothers chair who had died- she had been overwhelmed by what to do with all her stuff and talked about how she realised she did not have to keep everything- but this was a thing that reminded her of her- and that she could make it her own whilst keeping the memory.

✨She also had some striped fabric that was her mums and really gorgeous stripe, that we made some cushions out of (which I totally forgot to photograph)

What a nice way to remember someone ❤️❤️❤️

💓 What a joy to work on this kitchen seating banquette on a beautiful house in North London over the summer.

💓It was totally bespoke, I worked through the clients ideas closely with her to create something really beautiful.

💓From sourcing the casamance fabric, to working through the design details, trims and dimension’s to get the look she wanted it was challenging, satisfying and fun

I’ve been busy sewing and stapling so much I have taken no videos and my brain is running very slowly! So its a good job I’m off on holidays from tomorrow

🍊🔥💥 if your going to go for it, go all in! My client is a textile designer and has designed this print specifically for her sofa, every detail and position of all the prints has been carefully considering to create something really special.
