This happened 🤩🤩🤩 First stab at Stage 5 Stable Managers and I passed! I’m not from the traditional route, and it’s taken grit, determination and the best friends and support to make it. Becoming the person your younger self had the biggest dreams to be is equally wild and so humbling. I have to thank all the horsewomen in my younger life that inspired me in this journey, and all of them from inner London. That’s where these seeds were sewn.
Big thank you to .emersondressage for your support with homework club, to Claire Graves for the last minute exam prep and teaching me even when you don’t know you are. To for giving me that chance when I emailed saying ‘Hi, I’m skint and have no qualifications, can you help me?’ I never thought I’d be at this now, and certainly not without you! Thank you to Britt for believing in me, listening to me rabbit on while I organised my thoughts and telling me to give my brain a break! And .eq Katy for Tall Fescue, and all the late night drive chats.

Happy Easter! 🐣 I had a lovely Easter Monday with the helping introduce two of their fab steeds to sword work and the pmr head kit, getting well prepared for ceremonial work. These horses are given plenty of time to get used to their military kit and the accessories that go with it. Taking the time well ahead of the season ensures happy, confident horses who are able to take all this in their stride. Thanks so much for having me, a great time had as always.
