💜 Help Jasmine regain a little of her independence.
At just 8 years old, Jasmine is living with the lasting effects of a brain tumour and its treatment, including an acquired brain injury, scoliosis, chronic fatigue, left sided weakness and the loss of her independent mobility.

She can no longer bear weight and now relies completely on others to move her.

Her family is raising £5,200 for a self propelled wheelchair that could allow Jasmine to move around suitable spaces by herself, giving her back small but deeply meaningful moments of freedom.

Moments like choosing where to go.
Reaching for a toy.
Picking something up on her own.

This is one of my honest day videos. No script and no perfect words. Just me sitting with my daughter Ruby and trying to explain how I was feeling.

’s story touched my heart, despite never having had the chance to meet him.

Ruby and I were invited at the last minute to a local football match held in support of Jay. The atmosphere was incredible. Watching Frankie score two goals, seeing the balloons released and then witnessing a rainbow appear made it a day we will never forget.

There was such sadness, but there was joy too.

As Ruby reminded me, Jay is no longer in pain. There is comfort in that, but my heart still aches for his mum, dad, daughter and everyone who loved him. When the rainbow appeared, I genuinely felt as though Jay’s presence was there. 💙🌈

His young life was cut far too short by a brain tumour, and that can never be acceptable.

Listening back also made me realise what is beginning to happen around Influential Stars. More families and crowdfunders are trusting us with their stories and sharing our platform with the communities that already love and support them.

We may still be growing, but people are beginning to believe in what we are building. That trust is priceless and it is what we have needed from day one.

Over the coming days, I will be introducing more of our incredible crowdfunders. Ruby and I are also meeting thekilpatrickscreatons and her family, and Jasmine and her family, in October. We genuinely cannot wait.

The people who join Influential Stars never feel like names on a website. I get to know them, care about what happens to them and feel as though I am making new friends who become part of one extended family.

This is personal. This is community. And this is only the beginning. ❤️

Jason was diagnosed with an inoperable, unmethylated grade 4 glioblastoma in November, a life changing moment that no family is ever prepared for. Since then, his wife has been tirelessly searching for treatment options, leading them all the way to India, where Jason is currently receiving ongoing care and fighting with incredible strength.

With two sons aged 21 and 18, and nearly 30 years of marriage, this family is doing everything they can to keep Jason with them for as long as possible. Their love, resilience, and determination are nothing short of inspiring.

The treatment in India offers hope, but it comes at a significant and ongoing cost. They are now seeking support to help fund Jason’s care and give their family more precious time together. Every donation, share, and message of support truly makes a difference.
