It isn't half warm in the UK at the moment! If you're inspired to make a summer holiday project, why not try the Beach Rills dress?

Suitable for cotton or other plant-based summer fibres, it uses a rhythmic, repetitive stitch pattern and that "just one more stripe" factor that'll have you finishing the project in no time.

The inspiration for my latest pattern release was a surprising one for me, because I'm not really an architecture buff - but straight away I could see the sharp lines and contrast of light and shadow coming together with intarsia.

The new museum is the perfect example of this.

My design uses pairs increases and decreases to move the intarsia line along a clean diagonal, rather than the steps you would otherwise get.
