She took two weeks off.
Her business did not fall apart.
She was furious. šŸ˜…

Well, not furious.
But she did say: ā€œI should have done this years ago.ā€

The inbox kept moving.
The clients were looked after.
The content went out on schedule.
Nothing fell through.

And that realisation landed with a complicated thud.

Because if it all worked without her for two weeks,
what had she been protecting
by never switching off?

Not the business.
The habit of overwork.
The belief that rest had to be earned.

She came back rested, clear, and energised.
THAT is what the right support creates.

What would time off without anxiety feel like for you? šŸ’™

What would it mean for you to take time off without the background hum of anxiety? šŸ’™ That is what good support creates. DM me.

The UK heatwave is heatinggggg up again… so they sayā˜€ļøšŸ”„

But guess who isn’t squeezed onto the Central Line wondering why she wore polyester?

šŸ‘‰šŸ¾ Me. šŸ˜‚

Working from home.
Fan blasting.
Cold drink within grabbing distance.
Laptop open.
Bra status? None of LinkedIn’s business. 🤣

There are definitely perks to being a Virtual Assistant from home.

But here’s the funny thing…

You can work from home and STILL feel like your business follows you everywhere.

Into the kitchen while you’re making lunch.

Onto the sofa when you promised yourself you’d finished for the day.

Even into bed when your brain suddenly remembers that email you forgot to send at 10:47pm. 😩

That’s the bit I want to help with.

Because when your inbox is overflowing, client admin is scattered everywhere, appointments need sorting and there are 47 little things living rent-free in your head, working from home doesn’t always feel very freeing.

It can feel like you never actually leave work.

And you didn’t build your business so you could spend a beautiful summer evening thinking:

ā€œDid I reply to Sarah?ā€

ā€œWhere did I save that form?ā€

ā€œWas I supposed to send that invoice?ā€

You deserve to close the laptop and actually be DONE.

That’s where I come in. šŸ’™

I help busy business owners take the admin, organisation and mental clutter off their plate, creating simple systems and calmer ways of working.

So your business can keep moving without everything having to live inside your head.

And preferably without you melting in the process. šŸ˜‚šŸ”„

If your business could do with a little less chaos and a lot more breathing room, DM me ā€œBREEZYā€ and let’s have a chat.

You know the email.

ā€œThanks for getting in touchā€¦ā€

ā€œHere’s the link to bookā€¦ā€

ā€œJust a quick reminderā€¦ā€

ā€œLovely to have you on boardā€¦ā€

You’ve written some version of it again and again and again.

Tuesday Tip šŸ’™

If you type something more than twice, ask yourself:

Could this become a template?

Spend 15 minutes today finding the emails you send repeatedly.

Then:

šŸ“§ Step 1: Find your repeats
Look through your Sent folder from the last couple of weeks.

Which replies keep appearing?

Perhaps:

• Enquiry responses• Discovery call information• Booking confirmations• Payment reminders• Client follow-ups• Frequently asked questions

šŸ“ Step 2: Turn ONE into a template
Not ten.
Start with the email you send most often.
Write the core message once, properly.

Leave obvious spaces for the personal details.

šŸ’™ Step 3: Keep the human bit
A template shouldn’t sound like a robot wearing your name badge. šŸ˜…

Personalise the opening.
Mention something specific.

Adjust the wording where needed.

The template handles the repetitive bit.

You provide the relationship.

šŸ“ Step 4: Give your templates one home
Not one in Notes, another in an old email and three lurking somewhere in Google Drive.
Keep them somewhere you can actually find them.

That’s it.

One small system.

But imagine saving five minutes on an email you send six times every week.

That’s 30 minutes back, from one template.

Once you start noticing repetition in your business, you’ll see opportunities to simplify everywhere. šŸ‘€

Tuesday challenge:
Go into your Sent folder and find ONE email you’ve written more than twice.

Turn it into a template today.

Then come back and tell me what you found. šŸ’™

Because your energy deserves structure.

Her Pinterest account had been sitting untouched for two years.

The surprising bit?

People were still finding her through it. šŸ“Œ

Two years.

No new pins.

No constant posting.

No trying to keep an algorithm happy every day.

Yet some of her old content was still quietly being discovered.

That’s when we realised:

Her Pinterest wasn’t dead.
It had simply been neglected.

So we gave it some attention. šŸ’™

In one focused afternoon:

šŸ“Œ We tidied and refreshed her boards.

šŸ”Ž Reviewed the keywords around what her ideal clients were actually searching for.

✨ Created fresh pins pointing towards relevant content, services and resources.

šŸ—‚ļø Put a simple system behind it so Pinterest didn’t become yet another job sitting on her list.

And that’s what I love about Pinterest.

It doesn’t have to demand your attention every day to have value.

Unlike the constant churn of traditional social media, Pinterest works more like a visual search and discovery platform.

A useful pin can continue being found long after you created it.

For a busy coach with brilliant content already sitting in blogs, lead magnets, podcasts, newsletters or resources…

that is worth paying attention to.

Feature Friday: Pinterest Support šŸ“Œ

Maybe you don’t need to create MORE content.

Maybe you need to help more people find the content you’ve already created.

Because your energy deserves structure. šŸ’™

🧔 Tell me, when did you last look at your Pinterest business account?

No judgement if the answer is ā€œPinterest account? What Pinterest account?ā€ šŸ˜‚

Your inbox was designed to receive emails.

It was never designed to become your daily to-do list.

Yet so many business owners begin every morning by opening it first.

Before they’ve looked at their priorities.

Before they’ve planned their day.

Before they’ve even had a chance to think.

The result?

Your day becomes everyone else’s agenda instead of your own.

This simple reset won’t just help you organise your inbox.

It will help you reclaim your focus.

And if you find yourself repeating this process every week…

That’s worth paying attention to.

Because constantly resetting your inbox isn’t a discipline problem.

It’s usually a sign that you need a system that works for you.

Or someone who can keep it working for you.

Because your energy deserves structure. šŸ’™

🧔 Question:

What’s your inbox looking like right now?

šŸ“© Under 50 emails

šŸ“© 50 to 500

šŸ“© 500+

šŸ“© I’d rather not say šŸ˜‚
