First two meetings down for the day. Busy Busy team and happy to say, everyday we get busier and here here! to getting even more busier.
Beautiful cold day with a warm sunshine - love winter sunny mornings, it always gives off positive Vibes. I think I am drunk on todays sunshine 🌞.
A few years ago, I went past a Logistics company and saw a board just like this outside and I thought to myself I want to have my board outside big organisations just like that. When we first registered Lexnis and secured our very first contract, we were starting out in our living room with me doing all the media and printing designs. I designed our very first security board and we chose blue because the color blue represents both the sky and the sea and is associated with open spaces, freedom, intuition, imagination, inspiration, and sensitivity. Blue also represents meanings of depth, trust, loyalty, sincerity, wisdom, confidence, stability, faith, and intelligence, which is what we aim for and stand for.
Today we have multiple sites in UK where when I pass by, I see Lexnis Boards outside big organisations and it fills me with pride and gratitude to how far we have come. This however, is only the beginning.
We launched ourselves as a complete security solutions company and were so overwhelmed with response from our clients that we planned and unplanned expanded into Cleaning services, VPS and Recruitment supplying staff to a myriad of roles to different organizations. We are extremely overwhelmed with our Recruitment and are exhilarated to be expanding at a rate we are. We have now separated our Recruitment department into a separate sister company Lexnis Recruitment. Amazing success all attributed to my amazing Lexnis Team. Their commitment motivates me as well. Lexnis would be nothing without them.
We are now hiring a Recruitment Resourcer/Admin Officer as we are now catching up to our success and look forward to working with and establishing a team of highly motivated and career oriented individuals.
We will be announcing our Lexnis Recruitment Branch early next week (though this was a mini announcement). Excited!!!
When I was growing up my father always used to say, "everyone starts off small, it's how fierce you are that makes all the difference" - and it always stuck with me. This is the 3rd time within a year that we are now looking to get even a bigger office space 😄🎉🎉.
