October is ADHD Awareness Month 🧠

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects how the brain manages attention, impulse control, emotions, and executive function. It isn't a lack of willpower, intelligence, or effort.

It's a difference in how the brain is wired, and it shows up in far more ways than the stereotype of a distracted kid who can't sit still.

Many adults, especially women and people in high-pressure environments like hospitality, go undiagnosed for years because their symptoms are masked, internalised, or mistaken for stress, burnout, or anxiety.
