Hello Team Palms Calm!! Happy New Year? Or SAD? (post related) ⁣

After not posting for almost a year! We’re hoping to be more active on this platform. ⁣

That brings us to January blues!!! Not sure, if others are feeling it but SAD (seasonal affective disorder) is not the greatest feeling straight after the festive season. Key symptoms of SAD are depression, sleeping problems, lethargy, overeating, irritability and feeling low. ⁣

Over time we’re learning energy is everything. Your thoughts are also energy. So, what kind of thoughts are you thinking of on a daily? Low or high energy thoughts? ⁣

The below is something we’re working on in life mentioned by the teachings of Joshua. ⁣
