When it comes to handling objections, many coaches and therapists do not know how to take them and make the mistake of taking them personally or even feel like a failure. Although it feels right at the moment, actually this thinking leads us to find excuses to not take consistent actions needed to grow our business sales.

Pro Tip- Start by asking "A year from now, what do you want to be congratulating yourself for achieving?"

Failure to ask this question will result in you seeing the future from the wrong perspective. There are three foundation pillars of planning:

👉Firstly it requires us to look at our past and learn lessons from it i.e. what should we need to stop doing?

👉Stepping into the future to understand what is it that we need to start doing more of?

👉And finally, coming to the present and observing what we need to continue doing more of?

Learning the art of being an observer and not just an invested participant allows you to grow within.
