I have often found myself angry at the world and the society, leaving me feeling powerless. I believe I am not the only one left with this bitter taste, especially when you listen to the news.
This article provides you with some practical tips. Along with acknowledging the anger, I realise accepting my limitations in some situations may be a first step to freeing myself. I may ask myself what can I do, at my level? Some solutions may emerge. My motto is 'think globally, act locally'.
