We are looking to recruit experienced Appliance Engineers to join our White Goods Team. Field based in your local area, you will use your experience to carry out repairs on a range of white goods products from leading manufacturers. You will carry out diagnostics and repairs of various kitchen appliances including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cookers, ovens, fridge freezers, refrigerators, microwaves, extractors etc.
You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction in line with the expectations of our customers. You will be required to service, diagnose faults and repair domestic appliances to a high standard ensuring minimal recalls.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair of all multi-brand white goods appliances: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration and cookers.
Fault finding and repairs on white goods appliances, parts sourcing as well
High-quality customer service
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
Relevant white goods engineering experience
Domestic Gas Safe CCN1/CKR1 or F-Gas Qualifications would be an advantage
Full Driver’s Licence
We currently use a mobile app system, which enables engineers to send reports remotely from site, therefore, you will not be required to return to the office.
Requirements
Hold a current full driving licence
High-quality customer service
Computer literacy for use with our mobile phone application
Problem solving skills
Minimum 2 years experience in white goods repairs is essential
Safe use of equipment and appliances
As a representative of the company, you'll be responsible for offering a comprehensive and efficient service to our customer.
