Over the course of an outstanding professional career, Jukka represented Finland 63 times, including the UEFA Euro 2020 Tournament and competed at the highest levels of the game across Europe in La Liga, Bundesliga and Eredivisie to North America playing in the MLS, as well as success in the Nordic leagues, Jukka built a reputation as a dependable professional and respected leader in every dressing room he was part of.
Known for his consistency, professionalism, and team-first mentality, Jukka experienced the realities of the modern game first-hand โ adapting to new countries, cultures, leagues, and the constant demands placed on elite athletes.
Those experiences now form the foundation of his work at AIT Management. Jukka will support our clients with practical insight from someone who has lived the journey โ helping players navigate the game, make better decisions, and build successful careers both during and after football.
