Who we are: Getaguard are a Security Company providing Security services to businesses in the UK, primarily in the hospitality sector.
The Role: As an SIA Licensed Door Supervisor you will be tasked with working at Hospitality Venues to secure licensed premises. Your role here will include:
- De-escalating conflict where possible to ensure safety at the venue.
- ID Verification of patrons, enforcing age restrictions and using Challenge 25 to help determine which patrons need to have ID verified.
- Removal of dangerous, antisocial or abusive patrons at your own discretion or that of the venue manager.
- Provisioning great customer service to patrons. This would include meeting & greeting on entry and exit.
- Teamwork with the other Door Supervisors on the shift working with you to ensure effective Security provision.
Requirements:
- Valid frontline SIA license.
- Right to work in the UK.
- 1 Year of previous experience as a Door Supervisor.
- Full UK Driving license or other mode of transport to shift.
Part-time hours: 4-40 per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
