We were thrilled to welcome members of our team from India at our London office last week!

Deepank Saxena and Saurabh Sharma ( Simon ) made the trip over, spending some valuable face-to-face time with the UK team. A key highlight of the visit was catching up with our Operations Manager, Sarena Bains, to discuss current projects and the ways we keep our international teams running smoothly, one last time before she goes on maternity leave!

While remote work keeps us connected, it’s always great to catch up face to face. Thanks to Deepank and Saurabh for making the trip, and we look forward to our continuing work together! 💚

Ross has been with Your World for more than 11 years and is already MD of Your World Nursing, Ireland and RSC. Your World Healthcare is the new addition, taking him to MD across all of our staffing.

In honour of International Day of the Midwife, we wanted to share a special shoutout to one of our YW midwives, Cecilia, who works alongside Business Manager for Specialist Nursing, Albert Parsons.

Cecilia recently played a vital role in the delivery of a 25-week premature baby. Thanks to the swift action and expert care from Cecilia and the ward team in delivering the baby as safely as possible, the little one is now stable and on the road to recovery! It's in these high pressure moments that the true value of a specialist midwife shines through.

Midwives like Cecilia don’t just provide clinical support; they provide hope and a steady hand when families need it most. We are incredibly proud to have her as part of Your World, and we join the ward in celebrating this wonderful outcome.
