MY CAREER REVOLUTION is a team of businesspeople, entrepreneurs, educators who create ready-to-use tools, activities, and methodologies for career orientation, employability, and cultural learning. The company and its product developed from the experience and the need the business felt for both career guidance based on values and cultural diversity management in society and the workplace. The team
and its associated partners have wide international experiences in education, starting businesses, and consulting educational bodies on how to do career guidance and diversity management. Most of the team are expats experiencing both the need for diversity management at the educational, social, and corporate level and the benefits that inclusion and diversity can bring. It carries out its mission to help the work become a place where people live based on their values and understand others coming from different backgrounds to capitalize on the difference to the development of train the trainers' toolkit methodologies and consulting for both educational bodies and institutions. MY CAREER REVOLUTION has experienced the need for such tools, thus we want to bring this to the world so that we live in a world in which individuals are happy and live in peace together. My Career Revolution is a train-the-trainer program for career orientation that helps adolescents between the ages of 15 and 19 find the right career path and develop their skills for success. MY CAREER REVOLUTION is a set of board games and gamified activities that helps young people aged from 16 to 22 find their passion, strengths, and design a career they love. It can be used by trainers, coaches, educators, teachers, youth workers, etc. MY CAREER REVOLUTION is for everyone who works with young people and believes they need to discover their calling and learn how to plan and execute their goals. MY CAREER REVOLUTION is also developing intercultural learning tools for young people to learn about cultures, connect with their roots and long-forgotten cultural values, and express them in their careers and personal life.
