Creative Minds Herne Hill deliver fun and therapeutic art sessions to art galleries, community centres, schools, residential care homes etc across the country and we would love to deliver sessions to you. Our art sessions use creativity to improve wellness both physically and mentally. It encourages focus on feelings not outcome. Making art really does help to regulate difficult emotions, opens up new perspectives whilst equipping an individual with much needed increased confidence and resilience. Our art intervention sessions are about engaging in the creative process in the company of a trained arts professional who can assist to regulate difficult emotions-DM if you are interested to find out more.

Creative Minds raising money for this wonderful cause and I'd love your support! For close to 40 years, Afghanaid has worked with millions of vulnerable Afghans across Afghanistan, providing them with the training and tools they need to help themselves, their families and their communities.

We felt compelled to act after watching the desperate news and seeing thousands of people fleeing in such panic and fear to become refugees in countries far from their homes. The urgency is shocking so we felt a different way for people to enjoy raising money and donating to such a worthwhile cause by making and creating Art. We provide the Art materials and inspiration for a variety of arts and crafts to take part in, no experience needed, just enthusiasm.
