Sometimes the best way to grow is by stepping into different restaurants and learning from each other. 1. Yellow Chartreuse (43%)
About: Softer, sweeter expression with saffron influence. Nose: Honey, saffron, chamomile, anise, citrus peel. Palate: Round, sweet, floral, gentle spice, long herbal finish.
2. Green Chartreuse (55%)
About: The classic and most powerful Chartreuse expression. Nose: Fresh mint, alpine herbs, pine, eucalyptus, pepper. Palate: Intense herbal complexity, menthol, spice, citrus, long warming finish.
3. Liqueur d’Élixir 1605
About: Created to commemorate the original manuscript given to the monks in 1605. Nose: Concentrated herbs, balsamic notes, mint, spice. Palate: Rich, powerful, medicinal herbs, pepper, liquorice, persistent finish.
4. Chartreuse V.E.P. Jaune (Yellow V.E.P.)
About: Exceptionally long-aged Yellow Chartreuse. Nose: Candied fruits, honey, saffron, vanilla, soft spice. Palate: Silky texture, orange peel, warm spices, elegant oak influence.
5. Chartreuse V.E.P. Verte (Green V.E.P.)
About: Exceptionally long-aged Green Chartreuse. Nose: Mint, resin, forest herbs, cedar, dried flowers. Palate: Deep herbal intensity, complex spice, mature oak, remarkable length.
6. Cuvée des Sommeliers
About: Special cuvée created in collaboration with sommeliers. Nose: Dried herbs, citrus zest, gentle spice, floral notes. Palate: Balanced and refined, herbal freshness, subtle sweetness, elegant finish
