October Candidate Referral Scheme

Here at Falmouth Fairfax, we know the value of a referral of one great candidate from another. Personal recommendations are one of the best ways to provide the very best candidates to our clients and we are lucky enough to benefit from a high number of referrals from our contacts and candidates. This October, as the volume of recruitment rises in preparation for January 2022 role starts, we are offering a little something to say thanks for referring great people in your network our way. Here’s how it works:

* Tell your friend or colleague about us and provide us with an introduction*
* We’ll get started looking for a role for them
* Once they’re successfully placed* we’ll contact you to find out which retailer you want your voucher with and send it to you. Simple!

Small print:
* Candidates must not already be known to us.
** Candidates must successfully pass their probation in their new role before a voucher will be issued.

Over the bank holiday weekend, our team member Radu travelled to Bucharest to be a part of The Forum for Romanian Students Worldwide conference. This is an ambitious project that aims to reunite Romanian students from abroad with their local counterparts to brainstorm and debate modern solutions for problems affecting their home country.
