Job Title:
Experienced Solicitor
6 Years PQE (post qualifying experience)
Our client is a well established and vibrant Law firm looking to expand their team. They are looking to hire an experienced Solicitor with a minimum 6 Years PQE. They will consider all areas of law but are not looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor at this stage. This is a permanent role which is an office based role at their Blackburn Offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files across various practice areas, excluding Personal Injury.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
Handle a variety of cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Demonstrate proficiency in using a variety of systems, including the MOJ and Proclaim system.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the firm's objectives and maintain high standards of service.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years PQE as a Solicitor.
Proficiency in multiple areas of law; experience in Islamic real estate finance is desirable.
Familiarity with the MOJ and Proclaim system.
Ability to potentially open and develop a department in currently non-practiced areas.
Strong potential and willingness to grow with the firm.
Ability to be part of a close-knit and diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to provide a high level of client care
Salary Range: £25,000 - £40,000
