I'll have a Flat White with a King Edward
Great story from Waitrose about the foods of the future. Apparently there is a Swedish company called Veg of Lund who make a revolutionary potato milk.
Apparently you don't just 'squeeze potatoes', its more complicated than that and is actually an emulsion of potato starch, spudy goodness and rapeseed oil.
Poor milk is regarded as unsustainable as dairy herds cause a lot of greenhouse gases. This product branded 'Dug' is better, tastes great and is vegan.
Our only suggestion is to switch from rapeseed to High Oleic oil to make an even better product.
