As we continue to shake things up here at Make Workplace in aid of ensuring service levels are not only maintained but more so improved..

We would like to take this opportunity to inform but also to congratulate Santiago on being promoted to Senior Fitter/Trainer 👏

Since being with Make Workplace from its inception, Santiago has demonstrated a great understanding of the standards not only us a business but more importantly our client base have come to expect.

Therefore we feel it is only right that we show appreciation and recognition by utilising his skill, quality of work and level of standards and give the opportunity for this to be shared and in turn showcased throughout the entire field team.

Santiago will continue to be part of the installation team but will now also be responsible for supporting not only new starters but anyone within the field should it be for advice, a second opinion or practical training.

If you have been working with us over the years, you will know Pete has been a member of the field staff for a number of years delivering an excellent service to our clients, hands on.

We believe Pete will make an excellent PM, slot straight into our client base and continue to grow with them and us.

Welcome Pete, hopefully you can stop moaning that 'your back hurts' now. 😅

As this week marks 6 years of Make Workplace, we wanted to reflect on what has been achieved in this period...

From a single small van and a garden cabin, to a fantastic team, fleet of vehicles and circa 20,000sq.ft across 2 warehouses and being responsible for a portfolio of prestigious projects...

We said on the day we opened for business & Boris told us all we must stay at home - It can only go one way... and fortunately it did!
