Hello,
We are trying to solve an issue (many issues actually) with the dry-cleaning industry.
We have been working on a new collection, the URBAG Exec, a tote and suit bag combo that helps drop-off and collect our clothes from the dry-cleaners and laundry service providers totally plastic-free. It's convenient, practical and an easy solution for both dry-cleaners and customers to adopt.
One problem that we can't tackle easily in this industry is the use of wire hangers. But a lot of people would like us to find a solution to the pain they experiment with the wire hooks cutting the blood flow on their fingers while they transport their clothes back home.
The solution has to be cost-effective as our product is very price sensitive. It needs to be practical, simple, effective and easy for the manufacturers to add. Every stitch, as you know, is an extra cost. The bag is washable and it's an important feature so we need to be mindful of when choosing the material.
We played with dozens of ideas and find the below one. Can you spare 30 seconds of your time to answer only 2 questions for our survey, to gather your thoughts and feedback?
Is it a good solution? The loop is made of thick webbing, the same one than the cross body strap.
Is it worth the extra ££ we will spend to add that feature? Would that make a difference?
