I'm excited to share that I've recently had a guest article published on What's Good To Do title: Why You May Want To Step Back From Social Media (link to the article in the comments).
As someone who works in digital marketing, this might seem like an unusual topic. After all, my business is built around helping people grow online. But that's exactly why I felt it was worth exploring.
The article isn't about abandoning social media altogether. It's about building a healthier, more intentional relationship with it.
In a world of endless scrolling, constant notifications, and the pressure to always be "on", taking a step back can help us regain focus, improve our wellbeing, and spend more time on what really matters.
I also touch on an important point for business owners and professionals: social media should be a tool that works for you, not something that controls your time and attention.
With better systems, automation, and clear boundaries, it's possible to maintain an online presence without feeling tied to your phone 24/7.
I'm grateful to Debbie at What's Good To Do for the opportunity to contribute to the conversation, and I hope the article (link to it in the comments) encourages people to reflect on their own digital habits and find a balance that works for them.
After all, sometimes the best way to reconnect with life is to disconnect, even if for a little while.
