🍂 September blew me away.
The month of harvest — and I can feel the fruits of seeds sown earlier this year coming through.
This month I…
• Shared my signature masterclass How to Lead Without Losing Your S**t.
• Held powerful coaching conversations that reminded me exactly why I do this work.
• Welcomed 13 brand new teachers into the profession.
• Gave challenging feedback to leaders who find it hard to receive it — and stayed grounded in service.
• Declined to work with clients who didn’t match my energy, because I know I can only serve fully when the connection feels alive.
• Refused to take on work just for the money — choosing alignment over fear.
• Prepped a full day away for an incredible charity.
• Continued to build programmes and resources that will ripple out into 2026.
And alongside all of that… I got my son settled into Year 1 (big milestone 💛), went to church, walked in the park, kept up my workouts, and kept choosing what nourishes me.
September has been a month of gathering, refining, and grounding.
I’m grateful for all of it — the stretch, the flow, the harvest.
Here’s to October: new seeds, new growth, new surprises. 🌱
