The purpose of the Day is to inform the public of the impact of human actions on the ocean, develop a worldwide movement of citizens for the ocean, and mobilize and unite the world’s population on a project for the sustainable management of the world's oceans.

The data world has gone far more diverse than anybody could realize.
Some are focused on stabilizing a data governance practice and working hard on defining taxonomies, while other sets of people spend hours and hours building up the multiple processes shipping metadata from one tool to another tool.

Another team somewhere busy installing and configuring the tools persisting or virtualizing data, metadata, or the artefacts. While at some places, business analysts are seen mapping documents or making data flow diagrams.
Data architects arose from a data modelling background with data vault as their most important skill.

Data Scientists have further expanded the data dimensions, in that people tend to explore formal statistical analysis to make predictions of the future often termed “data modelling.” The terms “data architect” and even “data modelling” may have multiple contexts applied across multiple organisations.

Data terms or language is much more fluid than it is ever acknowledged as being.

The data may be in an operational store, DW, data lake, or data mart, the data may be physically moved from here to there or virtualized. But at the end of the day, s/he, or they might become a data-comrade to everyone else loving data.!!

The Rise of Generative Chemistry
