Kids gone back to school? Time for you to vacate the house!

At 49 St.James's, we have introduced our snazzy, sound proof pod, our new fortress of solitude for one-on-one meetings, intense video calls, or plotting world domination! Pricing is a mere £20 per hour for solo occupancy or £40 per hour if you want to bring a sidekick (or two). You can even book half-hour slots if you're a meeting efficiency ninja.

We also have an 8-person meeting room that is great for discussions or team gatherings at £75 per hour, ideal for secret agent rendezvous or highly classified strategy sessions, or maybe just a team catch up with a spot of lunch! (full catering is available upon request)

If you are feeling spontaneous and want to pop into the office to collect your post, grab a coffee, and have a chat, you're more than welcome. We'd love to return to the sentiments of our old and our open-door policy, but the reality is we just don’t have the space, but fear not, if you plan to grace us with your presence, just give us a heads-up, for us to manage the space accordingly, and we'll reserve a spot for you near to the coffee machine – because who doesn't need caffeine in close proximity?
