We were called out last week as a customer decided to do a DIY job that didn't go as plan, by putting up a flood light and then wiring the terminations, he decided to use insulation tapes where you can clearly see the wire cables are still showing which could lead to a wire tripping the fuse box but also could be dangerous..

it was simply said that the husband knew what he was doing however the wife turned around and gave us a call and said "look this is what my husband has done can you fix it as I now want to a Ring flood light to be installed" of course we can and we'll make sure it's done properly and correctly

in Upton Park this morning installing a brand new ring doorbell for a customer.

Customer insisted he DID NOT wanted to have any kind of trunking and the cable to be hidden away as much as possible, my big advantage was by chasing the cable inside the actual flooring concrete and the result with a bid of cable management magic within the door frame, the installation speaks for itself nice, clean and tidy

power up the ring doorbell, it all works, all that's needed now is to upload the app onto the client's phone and it will be all ready to go.

All ready now for the tiler to put his tiles down.

Another day over time to go home for a nice cold drink and enjoy this lovely sunshine weather that we're having this Sunday morning or should I say now afternoon.

So out and about in Ilford this afternoon, Customer call to say that one off his CCTV camera just stop working last night and call to see if I can help...

No problem did diagnostic checks on the NVR master menu and found one of the cat5 cables showing NO power or any data being transmitted indicating a possibility that the cable may have been damaged or cut.

Carrying out a full cable length check, and this is my finding...

Looks like a animal has taken a bite into it, a simple fix and we are sure to have the cable repair and the CCTV camera system back up running again.

Remember we don't just do installations we also do diagnostics and the fault findings service solution.
