I know I have been quiet, but it’s because I’ve been busy working on some fantastic projects.

Excited to share with you a small project I have been doing for a local electrical company, Sparxx

They have never really had a clear brand image or strong logo so asked me to help them with their branding!

I enjoyed working with the very talented Kerry from to design a logo that is modern and clearly communicates their core business! 👌🔌✨

We love the simplicity of their new logo and are so pleased that our client loves it to! 💙

So after 20 years of working in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry, I have taken the plunge and decided to set up my own marketing business - Karen Willand Marketing Ltd - as it’s something I have always wanted to do!

It’s exciting and scary at the same time. It’s exciting because I will get to try and learn so many new things, be inspired and energised by new people, and most importantly follow my heart. But, I’m scared of failure and how that might look, and my inner voice is constantly saying ‘what if you fail?’

However, I have done a lot of reflecting and have come to the conclusion that it’s not possible to fail, because every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow.... so as I venture out as a freelance marketing consultant and contractor I must remember to always have a growth mindset and I take one step at a time!
