DETAILS
1. SOUS CHEFS (2 Positions)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality and presentation standards.
• Assist in menu planning and food preparation.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and reduce food wastage.
Requirements
✔ Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
✔ Leadership and team management skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
2. MIXOLOGISTS (4 Positions)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
• Develop signature drinks and recommend beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Manage bar stock and report inventory needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with guests.
Requirements
✔ Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field is an advantage.
✔ Experience as a bartender or mixologist.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Creativity and knowledge of beverage preparation.
3. BARISTAS (2 Positions)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages.
• Maintain coffee equipment and cleanliness standards.
• Take customer orders and provide excellent service.
• Monitor stock of coffee supplies and ingredients.
Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a Barista is an added advantage.
✔ Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
✔ Strong customer service skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. SERVERS (6 Positions)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
Requirements
✔ Certificate in Hospitality or related field is an added advantage.
✔ Previous experience in food service is preferred.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
5. LINE COOKS (6 Positions)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
Requirements
✔ Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field is an advantage.
✔ Experience in grill, hot section, or food preparation.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
✔ Strong attention to detail.
6. KITCHEN PORTERS (2 Positions)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and storage spaces.
• Assist with receiving and storing supplies.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
✔ Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
✔ Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
✔ Physically fit and able to work long hours.
✔ Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a team.
