What is Meditation and why should everyone do it?

Meditation is the state of consciousness that allows you to go inside of yourself, focus your mind and eliminate any outside distractions arriving at a place of deep peace and relaxation.

You should meditate if:

1. You are looking for more energy
2. You need to find a way to slow down
3. You need more focus and clarity with your goals
4. You need more ME time
