BUYBOX GAME IN WHOLESALE:

Hey members !
I'm Back with another topic which is quite simple but yet plays the most important role in product research. Many newbies got confuse in this, so I thought let's make things simple and discuss its basics which may help you.
Let's start.

What is BUYBOX?
It show on the right side of product detail page. When the customer buy the product, the seller owning the buybox get the sale.

BUYBOX STATISTICS:
Using keepa, we study the buybox statistics to find out whether the product is good to go or not. It contains:

Sellers
Buybox winning %
Price
Stock
Feedback
Reviews
Buybox rotation

EVALUATION OF BUYBOX:
Here's few point which should be kept in mind while evaluating a product's buybox.

Sellers:
It shows how many people are already selling that product.
Go for the product which is having 3 to 15 sellers and there must be at least 1 FBA seller.
Avoid the product In which amazon, brand itself and any Chinese seller is selling because it'll become difficult to compete with them.

Winning Percentage:
It shows how much the sellers are winning buybox. Avoid the product in which one seller is winning more than 60% of the buybox.

Price:
Its shows the price war going between the sellers. Price plays an important role in winning the buybox.
Lowest the price, higher will be the chances of winning buybox.

Stock:
It's show the stock of the sellers. It help us to see how much inventory other sellers are keeping and how much inventory we need to order to maintain a good inventory level.

Reviews:
As a new seller, go for the products which is having other new sellers. It help us to determine that if they as a new seller are selling it, we'll also be able to get its approval and sell it too.

Buybox Rotation:
It's shows how the buybox is rotating and when and for how much time which seller was owning the buybox. Go for the products in which buybox is frequently rotating.

How to Start FBA Business in US from Pakistan
First of all, you have to create Amazon Individual Account of US with Pakistani Details.
Requirements to Create an Amazon Individual Account:
Passport
Meezan Bank Statement
Credit Card of Meezan Bank (Remember to make a Credit Card because a Debit Card makes issue Sometime). Make sure LLC address USA Bank account address is same. When Individual account will verify, hire an agent to Create
LLC (Limited Liability Company)
Reseller Certificate
Sales Tax ID
It takes 50-60 Days to complete all process. Required Budget for this step is $800-$1000.
Remember that never make an order of LLC Registration until your Individual Account is verified.
Once Company Registration process is completed, you have to convert Individual Account to Professional Account. It takes some time to verify your account. When it will verified, Amazon will deduct $40 monthly subscription fee from your bank account.
Next Step: You have to need
website (Domain +Hosting +SSL) with Uploaded Products dummy listing to take an approval from Brands and open a trade account with Distributors. It takes $250-300.
After it, Client will hire a VA or do it by yourself.
Product Hunting: Now you have to find a profitable products and take an approval from their brands or its distributors. It takes some time like 15 days.
Once you Shortlist 2 or 3 product of some brands or distributors, order their Inventory.
We will do me too with listing.
Initially, you’ve to order 20 or 30 units for each product for testing purpose. Let’s suppose average cost of per product is $5 so for 30 units of each product and total 80 units of 3 products. Budget for this is $450-$500. We will ship our inventory directly to Prep Center.
We will make Shipment Plan and generate Amazon Labels and will send it to prep center. They will paste Labels on our inventory for FBA warehouse. Suppose for each unit prep center are charging $0.6, so for 90 units it would be $54-$60.
After prep, they will ship our inventory to Amazon Warehouse. Once amazon confirm & verify our inventory, our listing will be ACTIVE.
Once Products are live, you have to select 1 or 2 profitable products whose sales are good and which is generating excellent profit. Order large amount of inventory like 200 units because inventory also matter in Buy Box rotation. It will require 200*5= $1000 and for 2 Products $2000.
After Ordering, same ship to prep. After prep, ship to Warehouse. It cost will be 400*0.6 = $240

Conclusion:
LLC = $900
Website with domain & hosting = $300
Monthly Subscription fee = $40
Testing Units = $500
Prep of testing Units = $60
Large Inventory of 2 Products = $2000
Prep = $240
900+300+40+500+60+2000+240 = $4040
VA Salary is not Included in this budget
Total Time Period= 4 – 5 Month

Yes, he/she can have.

Q4. When is ITIN needed or mandatory?
ITIN is only mandatory when you file income tax. Apart from that, it is not mandatory to have.

Q5. Do I need to have ITIN for Amazon?
No, it is not mandatory.

Q6. Reseller Certificate cannot be issued if I do not have ITIN.
It is totally rubbish. LLC formation service providers use this tactic to take more money out of your pocket. If someone claims to be mandatory, he/she is an idiot and after your money. Do not deal with such people.

Yes, you can have a company bank account in a Physical bank without ITIN.

Q8. How long does it take to form an ITIN?
Normally, it takes 8-12 weeks to register for ITIN but due to COVID, it could take 16-20 weeks.
