In our latest episode of Guardians of the Gigabyte, Steph and I were discussing different lessons we have learnt since starting our business journey.

For me, the biggest lesson I have learnt is Pivoting.. We have created so many ideas as we've gone through to spread our message. Our business itself is the same, but marketing was all brand new to us!!

Running a business is all about change,.. you need to always be moving forward and improving continuously.

And that's the message we spread with Stebbington Ltd -automating and systemising your day to day processes can really help and give you time back to try all the things you want to!

So we are nearly at the end of the year... How are your New Years resolutions going?... Did you make any?

I didn't go for my usual material resolutions this year, I decided I was going to start believing in the universe and power it up with the power of my words to myself.

I think it's gone really well, I've made a conscious effort to be a lot kinder to my inner self. I also created a vision board, which I think is actually magic or something because the minute I hung it up, my life levelled up!

WHAT A CRAZY 48 HOURS! - Stebbington Ltd were on the road from Wednesday, we were invited to attend and speak at the HR Consultancy Festival, hosted by the bloomin' terrific Sarah Hamilton Gill and her team at Leap into HR Consulting!

Being in a room full of uplifting businesses who were there to support listen and learn was a great way to spend a Thursday.

Thank you Sarah for inviting us to speak, we really enjoyed delivering our presentation about Automation and AI! 🤓

Now it's almost time for the weekend where we can rest!!

These are some words we have received this week from a client. I'm helping them with their CRM (Hubspot) that was recently implemented by an agency that are Hubspot experts.

And whilst they may know everything about Hubspot, they knew nothing about our clients business. They didn't take time to learn about what it was that our client actually needed.

At Stebbington Ltd, we are system agnostic.. meaning we don't specialise in one system, we specialise in many. We chose this decision because when businesses want to implement a system, they need it to work for THEIR business and processes. So we take the time to get to know the business prior to providing a live system.
