WE’RE HIRING FOR SUMMER 2026 🚨
IC Security are excited to announce we’re recruiting Stewards and SIA Licensed Staff for a busy summer season!
📍 We have work all over London for Stewards and SIAs for out door events. This will be ongoing till winter season aswell.

🎬 Opportunities in film & TV for Sias we also have static sites and getting more come in over time.

🎪 Festival work across the UK & Ireland. We give training for Psa license course. And also provide ferry travel over to Ireland. Must have a British passport to work and do the psa course. 🇮🇪 there's nearly a month worth of work over there and work back in the uk when you come back. If you live in Ireland and have a psa license even better 💯
💷 Pay Rates:
• Festival rates from £12.71 for Stewards and £14.50 per hour for Sias starting depending on roles. 🎶

IC Security are excited to announce we’re recruiting Stewards and SIA Licensed Staff for a busy summer season!

🇮🇪 Working in Ireland? You’ll need an a PSA Licence – training will be provided free.
🙌 Stewards do NOT need this licence or training

🚨 Staff Wanted – Work in Ireland (June & July) 🇮🇪
IC Security Limited are currently recruiting Stewards and SIA Security Staff to join our team for upcoming work in Ireland during June and July.
✅ What we offer:
• Free PSA Licence provided with training
• Ferry travel paid – you only need to get yourself to the port
• Minimum wage rates (updated rates to be confirmed following the new increase)
• Two-week work period in Ireland
• Potential assistance with travel arrangements where possible
⚠️ Important Information:
• This is a camping-based deployment, so no accommodation will be provided. Staff must bring their own tent and camping equipment for the duration of the work period.
• All applicants must hold a British passport in order to obtain a PSA licence required to work in Ireland.
We are looking for reliable and experienced staff who are happy to travel and work in Ireland.

- **Payroll:** Options available for PAYE or self-employed. Self-employed candidates must have a valid UTR number.
- **Certifications Required:**
- ACT Awareness Certificate
- Knowledge of "Ask for Angela" or "Ask for Clive" initiatives
- NVQ Level 2 Crowd Safety Certificate (for stadium work)

We also have film work, and other work in other security sectors)

The festival season is shaping up to be an exciting one, with over 40 festivals lined up! Plus, we have a 17-seater mini-bus to make travel easier for our amazing team.

We’re looking for Stewards and SIA/DS professionals to join IC Security Limited. If you're passionate, reliable, and ready to work with a team that supports each other like family, this is your chance!

50 plus Festivals across the UK and Ireland – if you're interested, we can help you get a PSA license for Ireland, which is free through us.

💰 Rates: Stewards are expected to earn around £12.30 per hour. While Sia rates are still being confirmed due to the upcoming minimum wage increase in April, we promise competitive pay.
