Big shout out to 🙌

First time heading out and supporting with a team at a festival this year , on what was probably the hottest bank holiday of the year. ☀️

Great vibes, great team, and a lot learned. The event was a success. Still room for improvement in a few areas, but a brilliant experience working alongside such a large, experienced operation leaders who genuinely care about their people and go above and beyond.

Also got to see the legend himself, Beres Hammond 🤝 proper moment.
