Our ownership team is 50% female — something that genuinely shapes how we think, communicate and make decisions as a business.

The property and construction industries haven’t always been known for diversity in leadership, but we’re seeing positive change across the sector. Increasingly, we’re working with women leading projects on the client side too.

MFive was appointed by Tide to manage their London HQ relocation from Liverpool Street to a stunning 14,000 sq ft space in The Featherstone Building.

🌍🤝 This new office supports Tide’s global clients, remote-first policies, and team collaboration.

🌱♻️ Chosen for its top-notch environmental credentials, The Featherstone Building boasts EPC A, BREEAM Outstanding, and WiredScore Platinum certifications, aligning with Tide’s net-zero goal by 2030.

🏢✨ MFive Consulting guided Tide through a meticulous PQQ process, selecting three Tier 1 fit-out contractors for tender. After a detailed analysis, Tide chose the contractor that best fit their design and team needs.

🔧💼 In just 12 weeks, 14,000 sq ft was transformed into a vibrant workspace, overcoming the challenges of coordinating with the landlord and other contractors.

HELLO ITECH

After a busy summer we’ve found some time to update our website with some of our most recent projects!

Having worked on a number of previous projects with , we were appointed to lead the refurbishment of their existing building as well as an additional two floors of space, providing a fully flexible collaboration centre, innovation hub and fitness studio to support their remote-working team.
