Massimo Maggiore, founding partner of emlex – Eva Maschietto Massimo Maggiore. Law degree at the Catholic University of Milan and LL.M in Technology, Media and Communications LL.M at Queen Mary University of London. Massimo is the founding partner of emlex – Eva Maschietto Massimo Maggiore law-firm in Milan, of which he heads the IP and ICT law department. He collaborates with Bocconi University as adjunct professor of Legal Issues in marketing, lecturing on trademark law, licensing, merchandising contracts and the responsibility of internet service providers for the infringement of IP rights. Massimo has also lectured at the same University’s LL.M course in law of internet technology and on cyber security law. He is the author of several publications and a regular speaker at conferences in Italy and abroad on IP and IT law matters. Contract Professor at Milano Fashion Institute.
