The machine has great nesting capabilities which analyse hide yield using specific algorithms to identify the most efficient strategy for placing elements on the hide. During this process, we can rotate each element by 360 degrees depending on the cutting strategy to ensure the most efficient hide use and to minimize leather off-cuts.
Thanks to this efficient process we can cut approximately 120 pieces within 15 minutes depending on the shape of the element.
We offer a quick turnaround time, we can efficiently cut any elements from garments, furniture upholstery, automotive covers and many more!

As leather is a natural product, and as such, it may possess some minor faults that are visible on the hide. Although our team will ensure that no major faults are placed on the visible part of the product, it may not always be feasible to guarantee.
