Some of the key challenges faced within the FMCG sector is finding, keeping and growing great talent.
A task made even more challenging by high demand, low margins and an incredibly fast pace of culture.
Brands consequently require learning and development conversations that can captivate, educate and facilitate employees’ growth.
One of the world’s largest FMCGs needed our help to achieve this.
We initially began with coaching the high performers group. Offering one-to-one 30-minute coaching conversations, we provided access to a range of skills, knowledge and expertise so that each employee could get their specific development requirements met.
We then scaled this with prioritised female talent who were on track for promotion. Supporting these high performers and coaching them to embed the learning received from leadership development programmes.
Our work has been scaled globally, and our coaching has been described as “utterly amazing”. We work hand in hand as their coaching partner to build a culture of coaching and solution-focused conversations right across the business. Our results speak for themselves.
