✨️🌕This Full Moon in Libra (falling on the 1st or 2nd April depending on where you are in the world) brings your focus back to balance 🌕✨

It’s easy to keep things balanced on the outside…
Saying yes when you want to say no.
Keeping the peace.
Avoiding the conversation.

But over time, that balance can start to feel a little off.

This Full Moon is less about what’s happening around you…and more about how you’re showing up within it.

Where have you been stretching yourself too thin?
Where have you been putting others first at the cost of yourself?

Because real harmony isn’t about everything looking calm on the surface.
It’s about feeling steady and true within yourself.

✨ A simple practice to work with this energy on the evening of the Full Moon✨️:
Sit somewhere quiet and take 5 slow breaths.
Ask yourself:
Where in my life do I need to choose myself more right now?
Write down anything that comes up...honestly, without filtering it.
Then choose one small shift you can make this week that supports your boundaries, your energy or your needs.

It doesn’t have to be big.
Just something that feels like you coming back to yourself.
Keep that intention somewhere you can see it.
Let it guide you gently over the next few days.

You don’t need to over give to be valued.
You don’t need to keep the peace at the cost of yourself.
You are allowed to choose balance that includes you too.
Who is joining me in this practise?? 🌕✨💙

Understanding how different scales can affect the body and emotions is so important when working with sound… especially when it comes to Koshi chimes

Water &Air = minor scales
Fire & Earth = major scales

Such a simple shift, but it completely changes the energy of a session.

Since I was trained, I’ve continued to deepen my own learning and understanding… and I love sharing these little nuggets within my own sound healing practitioner training too 🥰

Save this for later or share with someone who loves sound healing ✨

Bedtime doesn’t always feel calm, does it

Some nights feel smooth…and others feel like everything is just a little bit too much.

I’ve created a gentle 5 minute magical bedtime meditation to help little ones relax, settle their bodies and drift off to sleep feeling safe and calm.

If you feel like your child needs a softer end to the day, you can listen here:

If you can, let me know if you try it 🥰🥰

This week has been one of resetting for me. With the New Moon in Pisces, Spring Equinox, birthday celebrations and lot's of organising. I've cleared out clothes, drawers and there is still alot to sort through.

But through wonderful conversations with my husband I had some huge shifts! Which went hand in hand with this time of year. It has brought back my creative spark!✨️

Through food, my practises, my self care and trying new things. When I used to do nails, practising designs was my favourite part, then I went on to baking and creating some pretty biscuits and cakes. So this week I feel I've brought together in all different ways!

1. Spring Equinox additions to my beautiful space, how cute is that tiny rabbit😍😍 then some more drawing and journaling
2. My New Moon in Pisces was a beautiful evening, with a cleansing bath decorated with candles and petals, and a lot of journaling
3. Had an idea I wanted to try watercolour painting, so here's the first go
4. My first go at making my own herbal cleansing stick, which will take a few weeks to dry out
5. New recipe, thrown together but it was just a good balance of food that we enjoyed.
6. Birthday cake (from last Saturday 🤭) but it is still part of what I enjoyed creating
7. I made a nice cuticle oil and also foot oil!
8. Made my mum a face oil and Runes ( I have a video I will be uploading to YouTube soon to show the Runes! Again these were last week...but there was obviously something brewing)

Here is to seeing what happens this coming week! And to hoping the sun keeps making an appearance, the last photo just gives me butterflies 🦋✨️☀️

We’re moving into the Spring Equinox, Ostara, a moment where day and night are equal.

Light and dark.
Both held at the same time.
It’s a reminder that everything in nature moves in cycles… and so do we.

The light begins to return.
New life starts to appear.
And there’s a sense of rebirth in the air.
This is a time to reflect on what winter has taught you.
The slower days.
The stillness.
The lessons you may not have even realised you were learning.

And now… we begin to open things back up again.
Windows open. Fresh air in.
Letting go of the old energy and welcoming in the new.
You might notice the buds forming on the trees.
Small signs that growth is already happening.

This is your time to plant your seeds.
Not just what you want to achieve…
but who you want to become.

🌼✨ A simple way to welcome this energy✨️🌼
Create a small space in your home that feels connected to spring.
You might bring in things from nature on a walk…
or place some daffodils nearby.
Maybe decorate an egg🥚, or include a rabbit or hare 🐰 symbols of new life.

❤️Personally, I’ll be watching the sunrise and sunset, holding a space of gratitude for the season ahead.
🌷Spending time in nature…and drawing seeds in my journal, setting my intentions within them.

I would have planted them physically this year…
but with the changes in our personal life, I won’t be able to watch them grow.
And that’s okay.

Because not all seeds are meant to be seen…
some are felt as they grow.

How will you be welcoming this new season? ✨

Sometimes the most powerful new beginnings don’t arrive with noise. They arrive quietly. Softly.Almost like a whisper.

This New Moon is a moment to pause at the end of a chapter.
Before rushing into the next page, it invites you to sit with what this chapter has taught you.
The lessons. The growth. Even the parts that felt heavy.
Because when a book closes, it doesn’t mean the story ends.

It simply means you’re ready for the next one to begin.

✨ A gentle practice for this New Moon:
Take a few quiet moments for yourself.

Ask yourself:
What am I ready to release before starting my next book?

Write down anything you’ve been carrying that no longer belongs in the next chapter.
Old emotions. Expectations. Things you’ve outgrown.

Then ask yourself one more question:
What do I want this next chapter of my life to feel like?
Let that be the intention you carry forward.
You don’t need to know the whole story yet.
Just be willing to turn the page.
Who is joining me in this practise on the evening 18th??

As it’s Mother’s Day today in the UK, and I’m all about keeping my life real with what I post, I wanted to share something honest.

Sometimes I need to come back to myself and rebalance through meditation and affirmations.

So I wanted to create something that I feel a few women will be able to relate to at one point or another ❤️

Motherhood can feel like the most beautiful and the most overwhelming thing all at once.

There are days where everything flows and you feel calm and connected… and then there are days where your patience runs short, the house feels loud, and bedtime can’t come quick enough.

And then the house goes quiet… and you suddenly miss them.

You go over the moments in your head and wonder if you could have handled something differently.
(Well, at least I know I sure do.)

If you’ve ever felt like that, this meditation is for you.
It’s a gentle reminder that the love you give your children every single day, in all the small ordinary moments, matters more than you probably realise.

I’ve uploaded this meditation to YouTube today for any mum who needs a moment to breathe and soften.

https://youtu.be/MTNKnZ1hDko?si=qLFFbEmgsdm9lDxI

You can find the link in my bio for my YouTube, and I’ve also saved it in my highlights 🙏

And if you know another mum who might need this reminder today, feel free to share it with her.

And remember… you are amazing ❤️

Motherhood has been one of the greatest privileges and the biggest achievement my life❤️.

Raising little humans is no small thing. It’s messy, beautiful, exhausting, magical… and full of lessons I never knew I needed.

I feel so lucky to be raising my two girls. Sometimes I think while I’m raising them, they are also raising me. They teach me patience, a different way of seeing things and how to slow down and notice the little things.

I’m so grateful they chose me to be their mum.

And today I’m also feeling really grateful for my own mum, and the nan she is to my girls. Watching that relationship grow is something really special.

Mother’s Day can bring up lots of different feelings, so I’m also sending love today to anyone missing their mum, wanting or waiting to become a mum, women who are mother figures, mums who are no longer holding their babies, mums doing it on their own, those who haven’t met their mum, those navigating complicated relationships with their mum, and so many more individual stories and experiences ❤️

However today looks for you, sending love your way

Happy Mother’s Day✨️🌼🌻🌷🌹🌸🏵❤️🙏

Learning to put boundaries in place was one of the most important things I ever did for myself.

Not in a harsh way… just understanding that my energy, time and peace matter too.🙏

It’s something I learnt a long time ago, and honestly it’s helped me in so many areas of life.

Curious… are you someone who finds boundaries easy, or something you’ve had to learn over time?

I made this little workbook during a time when I was feeling really overwhelmed last month, with lot's change all at once.

You know when life just feels like a lot and your brain is full… and even though you know you have tools that help you, you almost forget them in the moment?

That was me.🤚

So I actually created this for myself first. Just somewhere to come back to, slow down, and remember the things that help regulate my energy and calm my mind when everything feels a bit too much.

Afterwards I thought… maybe this could help someone else too.

Inside are some of the simple tools and gentle practices I come back to when I feel overwhelmed.

And because all the birthdays in my house run from 6th March to 2nd April, I’ve put it on a little birthday season offer, so it’s £4.99 instead of £7.99 until 3rd April.🤗🎉❤️

If you feel like you need a little reset, you can find it here ✨️

I’m a mum to a 6 and 2 year old, I home educate, and I run a business… so trust me when I say life isn’t always calm over here.

There are toys on the floor, laundry that seems to multiply overnight, work to do, meals to cook, questions to answer, and about ten different plates spinning at once most days.
But the difference isn’t that my life is calm all the time.
It’s that over the years I’ve learnt tools that help me come back to calm when things start to feel heavy or overwhelming.

Things like taking a few intentional breaths, stepping outside for a moment, moving my body, using sound, or simply giving myself permission to pause.

Life will always have busy seasons.

But when we have the right tools, we can find our way back to ourselves again and again.
And one of the biggest things that supports me is gratitude.❤️

Even with all the plates spinning, I remind myself how grateful I am for this life. Because with everything that comes, there are lessons… and without some of those plates that I spin, I wouldn’t get to live the life I do now.
I wouldn’t get to work in my passions, guiding others in healing, continuing my own journey, and spending my days watching my girls grow while teaching them about this beautiful world.

Part of me sharing my YouTube and posting more of my life is simply to remind people that everyone is human. Whether someone works in the wellness space or looks like they have everything together online, we all have a life off screen too.

I just want to make sure I’m sharing mine honestly 🙏✨️
