Fun and meaningful team building event online? Possible! 💻✨

Our team has organized our traditional online charity poker tournament. In our annual tradition, a part of each employee's Christmas bonus is allocated to support a charity. This year's event featured an intense 2-hour poker tournament, with Julius emerging as the champion, choosing the Gelbėkit vaikus/Save the Children Lithuania organization 🏆 💝

🌴☀️ Just wrapped up an incredible workation with the iVC Consulting team in Mallorca, Spain!

We are looking for several ambitious people to join our fast-growing team in the Baltic office as Consultants or Senior Consultants. The position of Consultant is offered for people with relevant prior experience.

YOUR ROLE
▪️To serve our clients, you need to develop an in-depth understanding of the clients’ business and organisation.
▪️You will take part in calls/meetings with the top management of high-profile scale-ups, asset management and private equity firms.
▪️You will analyse the value chain of the business, prepare presentations, models, and reports and, with senior colleagues, advise the clients.

WHO ARE YOU?
✅You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Tax Law or a related field;
✅For Consultant role, you should have 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in consultancy, transfer pricing, international tax, accountancy or financial analysis;
✅For Senior Consultant role, you should have 3+ years of relevant work experience;
✅You are interested in investment management / digital businesses / high growth start-up world;
✅You like working in an international environment and thrive in a dynamic and informal work culture;
✅You love working with complex issues and finding simple solutions;
✅You are fluent in English (verbally and written). Knowledge of the Lithuanian / Latvian / Estonian / Polish language is not essential but would be an advantage;

We are opening a position for a Transfer Pricing Trainee Analyst to join our Baltic office. Our Baltic office is based in Vilnius. Depending on your availability, we are flexible in providing a part-time option to start from.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
▪️Research the client business and analyse the value chain and operational set up.
▪️Partake in internal project discussions, as well as client calls and meetings.
▪️Prepare reports, excel models and other deliverables.
▪️Prepare proposals and budgets for prospective clients.
▪️Responsible for onboarding clients/projects and executional parts of project management.

WHO ARE YOU?
