How many times do organisations require support but lack resources and the right network? How many times do agencies risk missing opportunities for their beneficiaries because they are not connected to the available resources? We aim to ‘link the dots’ between the organisations in need and the available resources, helping agencies through identification and provision of pre-selected qualified cons
ultants and, ultimately, helping the beneficiaries receive aid. This also comes at a time of reduced mobility, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, acknowledging the difficulties that some organisations faced in the recruitment of qualified staff. Planning, quality, efficiency, attention to detail, correct language, punctuality, and ‘proper packaging’ are the pillars of our work and are ensured in every consultancy. GHC manages a database of pre-qualified skilled personnel who have joined the GHC pool of consultants. These members are based globally and can operate both remotely or in-country, and they offer a wide range of technical and organizational skills. Once a consulting opportunity arises with an organisation, GHC analyses the tender requirements and matches them with its roster members’ skills and availability. We are keen to expand our roster and services to organisations. Additional services will be added as more members join the GHC pool of consultants, based on their professional experience and skills.
