10 new program sales of his Fitness Foundation Package, generating ÂŁ2,000 cash collected upfront and adding 10 new members to the gym.
Altogether, that was ÂŁ3,000 in cash collected in the first month, with the potential for up to ÂŁ20,000 in lifetime revenue from those clients.
From there, we scaled with Facebook ads and ongoing lead quality systems, setting Renew on a steady path to growth.
