On May 8th, the “Moutai x London · Timeless Craft, Shared Legacy” tasting event was held at Peacock London, offering guests an immersive experience that blended aroma, flavor, and cultural depth.

The evening featured Flying Fairy Moutai (53%), the brand’s most iconic expression—known for its elegant aroma, layered complexity, and lingering finish. As the flagship of Moutai’s sauce-aroma style, this spirit has long symbolized the pinnacle of Chinese baijiu craftsmanship.

On February 3rd, 2025, the Jazz Trading X Wuliangye Masterclass and Private Lunch took place at the luxurious Park Hyatt London River Thames. 🎉

Guests enjoyed a refreshing Baijiu Highball, crafted with rich Wuliangye, fresh mandarin juice, and soda water, setting the perfect tone for the event.

Jazz Trading’s General Manager, Joyce Lin, shared insightful stories about the Wuliangye brand, enhancing guests’ understanding of its rich history and culture. 🥃

🎉 Lunar New Year Bash in London! 🐍✨

On January 18, 2025, we celebrated the "Golden Snake Welcomes Spring" at the amazing Bright Courtyard Club ! It was a night full of joy, cultural vibes, and delicious food!

🥂 Guests kicked off the evening with a refreshing Baijiu cocktail specially crafted for the event. The menu was a feast for the senses, featuring dishes from renowned chef Master Feng, blending traditional Chinese flavours with a modern twist. 🔥🥢

The night was alive with energy as we enjoyed incredible performances—from vibrant Uyghur dances to powerful songs that got everyone cheering! 🎶💃

🎉A Successful Pop-up Collaboration with Bar Lotus in London!🎉

We’re thrilled to share highlights from our recent pop-up event with Bar Lotus in London! From December 5th to 12th, we celebrated the essence of Moutai with an incredible community of Baijiu enthusiasts.

Our opening day featured a special Moutai Masterclass led by expert mixologist Hyppolite Civins. Guests explored the rich culture of Kweichow Moutai and savoured 3 classic expressions, including the iconic Flying Fairy Moutai, alongside 3 unique cocktails crafted with Moutai Prince (Gold) and Moutai Chun 1998.

We introduced a limited Moutai cocktail menu that included:
🍹 *Oolong + Coconut Highball*
🍹 *Strawberry + Peach Punch*
🍹 *Peanut Butter + Banana*

The Oolong + Coconut Highball was a standout favourite, and we’re excited to keep it on the menu at Bar Lotus! Plus, Hyppolite’s signature cocktail, Royale by Hyppolite, received fantastic feedback during the Moutai Masterclass.

✨Throwback to a remarkable journey of flavour and culture! 🍶 On November 25th of this year, we celebrated "The Journey of Moutai Fragrance" —Kweichow Moutai Banquet & Exhibition at the stunning Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge.

Guests enjoyed bespoke Moutai cocktails, a delightful fusion menu, and captivating traditional performances. The highlight was a thrilling blind tasting that compared Moutai with whisky, showcasing the rich aromas and depth of Chinese Baijiu.

We also raised funds for the UK Association for the Promotion of Chinese Education（UKAPCE）through a charity auction of rare Moutai Baijiu from 2012 and 2016.

🎉“The 7th China-UK Economic and Trade Forum & CCCUK 2024 Annual Conference”🎊 took place successfully on 21st November at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London. 🥳👏🏻

The forum was hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce in the UK (CCCUK), with special support from the Chinese Embassy in the UK and the UK Department for Business and Trade.

It gathered nearly 400 dignitaries, business leaders, financial experts, and representatives from the technology sector to discuss new opportunities in Chinese-British economic and trade relations.
