Did you know that the computing power used in the average smartphone today is more than all the computing power NASA used to send astronauts to the moon in 1969? The Apollo Guidance Computer used on the Apollo missions had only 64 kilobytes of memory and operated at 0.043 MHz, while modern smartphones have gigabytes of memory and can operate at multiple gigahertz. This shows how far technology has come in just a few decades and how powerful the devices we carry in our pockets truly are!
