Leadership skills are more important than ever in these uncertain times.

We are running a new on-line tutor-led course on 'VUCA Leadership Skills' in November. This will cover the skills necessary to lead in these volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous times.

It will be led by certified VUCA trainers and consist of 4 x two hour virtual group sessions and a 1-to-1 session at the end to discuss your personal situation and how you can apply the skills.

The cost is £949 but there is an early bird offer of £749 for registrations before the end of October.

We are offering a complimentary 45 minute on-line session on 'VUCA Leadership Skills for the 21st Century' on 16th October @ 4pm. It will be led by certified VUCA trainers Dr A Balamurugan and Samuel Sudhakar.

The workshop will include an introduction to the concept of VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous environment) and the leadership skills necessary to lead in such an environment.

There will also be an introduction to the full training program which will take place in November.
