It's fair to say Independent Retailers have had it really tough over the last 2 years: navigating COVID, the law, increasing levels of violence against staff as well as many other challenges. They often have to do so their own, without the backing of a head office, which is probably pretty tough. Yet, despite all this, they are still there, working hard to serve their community!
Our KWV UK Cash competition was a way to recognize this resilience and to say thank you for being there.
So we were very chuffed when Imperial Cash & Carry customer Rishi at Wine Plus Wanstead won the main prize!
Based in East London, Rishi manages his shop by himself which makes for a busy and probably slightly stressful day. We are glad he found the time to enter our KWV wines promotion which ran in the second half of 2021. He is now the very happy recipient of a £3,000 cheque from KWV Classic Wines, given by our Managing Director Kim Wilson at Imperial Cash & Carry today.
Well done Rishi and we wish you all the best for 2022!
