TIGERSOA is looking for a hard-working, reliable, and vigilant security guard for this position.
Job Description:
• Must possess the ability to handle administrative duties.
• Ability to confidently de-escalate and resolve difficult conflict situations when required.
• Follow instructions and procedures appropriately and with diligence.
• Always remain vigilant. Report incidents to supervisors and management when required.
Skills and personal qualities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, must aim to be at least 15 minutes before.
• Polite and courteous manner.
• A calm, assertive manner, to defuse potential conflict situations.
• Good observation skills, remaining alert to any potential issues.
Requirements:
• Security experience is required.
• A valid SIA License is mandatory. Rate 13 to 15
