Our first 10 week bootcamp course of the year came to an end tonight and I couldn’t be more proud of the results for each of the guys that part
Our focus of the 10 weeks was to improve aerobic fitness and muscular endurance using a variety of cardio exercises, we mixed this in with some resistance training and Bodyweight exercises and tested on week 1, week 5 and week 10 to see our progression
Using the bleep test as a marker for aerobic fitness, each person improved massively from week 1 to week 5 and again on week 10 as well as learning and developing technique on several different movements that can be used in and out the gym

This is £129 for the 10 weeks and includes 20 group classes.
