As the Marketing and Operations Coordinator you will be at the centre of everything we do. Youโll flex your creative muscles by designing eye-catching graphics and writing tight copy, while helping keep us organised and on track.
From creating social media content and ensuring podcast episodes get out on time, to supporting development of training materials and setting up back end systems, youโll be part of almost every area of the business.
Youโll be encouraged to bring your own solutions and ideas as well as coordinating existing project, and running your own.
This is a part co-ordination, part creative, part communications and part technical position focussed on delivering the best for our present and future clients.

Responsibilities
โฆ๏ธ Create, repurpose, schedule and deliver social media content for all areas of the business. Platforms include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and soon, Pinterest.
โฆ๏ธ Coordinate all elements of the podcast to ensure it is delivered weekly, including liaising with guests and contractors, providing show notes for the podcast, supporting the creation of any additional resources and uploading them.
โฆ๏ธ Support the delivery of outbound emails including campaigns.
โฆ๏ธ Complete simple website tasks on software such as Wordpress, Squarespace and Kartra.
โฆ๏ธ Support in delivery of client work, including digital marketing.
โฆ๏ธ Coordinate ongoing relationships and tasks with clients and vendors.
โฆ๏ธ Manage tasks and projects across project planning tools.
โฆ๏ธ Deliver reports on KPIs.
โฆ๏ธ Support on tasks relating to current activity and project work.
About You
๐น Words: You have excellent communication skills (especially written English), and the ability to consciously change the style and tone to suit the medium and audience.
๐น Artwork: Youโve got a creative eye that youโre used to putting to good use to design graphics for social platforms or reports, using tools from the Adobe Suite or Canva.
๐น Technology: Youโre extremely comfortable using tech - we donโt expect you to know all the systems used but you must be comfortable and competent with different software and being able to learn fast is critical.
๐น Awareness & Trends: You spot new trends and can find ways to implement these to commercial advantage.
๐น Experience: You will have worked in an office position or with corporate clients previously and have demonstrable experience, ideally in areas related to the position.

This is a freelance position. There may employee positions available in the future.
This is a virtual position with potential in person activities as regulations concerning coronavirus change.
Youโll work directly with Beth, our founder, while also working closely with other members of the team including freelancers.
